It is always our goal to ship the in-stock items of your order within 24 hours.
We ship Monday - Friday and follow UPS's holiday schedule:
- In the United States, UPS observes the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve

Methods Of Shipping: |
Our standard method of shipping is USPS Parcel Post. Expedited shipping options are also available. All expedited orders must be placed by 2:00 pm EST to insure same day shipping.

RETURNS

Damaged
Items: |
In order to get authorization for return, we must be notified via e-mail within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us for a Return Authorization before returning the product. Returns without authorization will be refused.

Defective
Items: |
In order to get authorization for return, we must be notified via e-mail within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us for a Return Authorization before returning the product. Returns without authorization will be refused.

If the item is damaged or defective we can process the return one of two different ways:

New
Order: |
In the box for the new order we will send a prepaid return label for you to return the defective/damaged unit directly to us. At the time the return is received a credit will be issued. |

We will email you an electronic label with the return instructions. Once the item is received a replacement item will be sent back out.
